Meditation: Introduction

Hello,.....
Are you one of those who are simply breathing or one who wants to live?

Breathing implies the presence of life, that's all. An unconscious patient in a hospital bed will also be breathing. But he can't be said to be living. He just inhaling & exhaling and that too unconsciously.

Meditation is a state of mind or brain that brings us peace, alertness, clarity, success, health, and bliss.

It is we who  attract success or failure, happiness or unhappiness, depending upon the state of mind we create and continue to be in.........
"If a meditator is supposed to be very alert, and if we consciously and deliberately try to be alert, that alertness itself will turn into meditation".

Knowing thyself..... is only through meditative mind. You can certainly know the truth about yourself, your potentials and forces by proper practices of meditation. It is true that there is a great force within you. It is the spiritual force, which is the only force which has been solving all our major problems so far. Without our knowledge.

Mediation is like a gym in which you develop the powerful mental muscles of calm and insight
